IQ Dream began with a clear ambition from the client: to create a workplace that fully responds to its hillside setting and panoramic views over Yerevan, while making employee wellbeing a central part of the architecture. From the earliest design stages, the building was conceived so that the city, mountains and surrounding landscape could be experienced from almost every level. This idea evolved into a complex spatial system where workspaces are connected with terraces, bridges, planted areas and water features, while circulation itself becomes part of the experience of the site. Following completion, the landscape will be heavily planted, further integrating the building with its terrain.
