Construction cost: confidential.

Project history
2026— Initiated in response to Armenia’s growing demand for internationally aligned education, the project was conceived as a complete K–12 environment where students could learn, live, play, and grow within one safe campus. 2026— The brief developed into a 648-student school with three classes per grade, a maximum of 18 students per classroom, multilingual education, and on-site accommodation for students and teachers. Academic life is supported by a swimming pool, gym, indoor and outdoor sports fields, and a continuous cycling and running route. 2026— The programme was translated into a low-rise campus shaped by Armenian regulations, age-specific learning needs, and the landscape of Dzoraghbyur. Connected elementary, middle, and senior school communities are linked by shared social, residential, cultural, and athletic spaces, creating a locally rooted yet globally oriented model that prepares students for higher education and opportunities abroad.
