House AC 31 represents a modern response to the challenges of the dense urban fabric of Belgrade, successfully integrating functionality and aesthetic expressiveness. Designed for two families with different needs, this two-story house uses a block as its basic form, broken up and softened by openings on the facade, a stairwell on the side and a semi-open ground floor. The facade is covered with wooden slats which, in addition to the basic role of shading and protection from the sun.
