Green Valley expands Tirana’s residential landscape with ten new villas and four apartment blocks shaped by circular geometries and embedded into the natural slope. Curved façades soften the buildings’ mass, preserve privacy, frame views and animate interiors with changing light. More park than conventional development, the neighbourhood intertwines architecture, greenery and movement, creating homes rooted in place and designed to nurture balance, dignity, well-being and joy in everyday living.

Project history

The expansion of Green Valley extends Tirana’s residential fabric with ten new villas and four apartment blocks extending the existing masterplan. Embedded into the natural slope, the buildings follow a fluid circular logic that softens their mass, preserves privacy and frames views across the landscape. Curved façades guide the eye rather than interrupt it, allowing greenery, movement and daily human life to remain central to the experience. Carefully placed openings and shifting geometries bring changing light into the interiors while reducing mutual exposure between homes. Pedestrian and vehicular routes are integrated into a neighbourhood that feels more like a park than a conventional development. Architecture and nature are intertwined to create a sense of balance, belonging and emotional well-being. Rooted in spatial psychology and shaped by human experience, Green Valley proposes an alternative to anonymous urban growth: homes designed with dignity, care and joy at every scale.
