Project history

The project was conceived in response to the rapid transformation of Dhërmi and the growing demand for high-quality hospitality and residential accommodation along the southern Albanian Riviera. Located within an area designated for urban development, the site offered direct access and panoramic views toward the Ionian coast, while its natural slope and rural surroundings shaped the architectural strategy. The development combines hospitality and residential functions within three interconnected volumes, providing diverse suites and apartment typologies. The design prioritizes outdoor living through courtyards, terraces, and verandas, while its material palette of natural stone, warm plaster, and timber establishes a contemporary identity rooted in the architectural character of southern Albania.
