SeaBreeze Deluxe redefines waterfront living through climate-responsive architecture shaped by environmental performance rather than formal expression. Stepped terraces maximize daylight, natural ventilation, privacy, and sea views while creating a lush, pedestrian-focused landscape. Conceived as a buildable, high-density resort community, the project integrates approximately 600 residences, retail, wellness, and recreation within an efficient, cost-conscious structural system.

Project history

SeaBreeze Deluxe was commissioned to create a landmark residential destination that would strengthen the identity of the rapidly growing SeaBreeze district while responding to the increasing demand for high-quality coastal living. From the outset, the client sought a project that balanced commercial viability with long-term architectural value, prioritizing generous outdoor living, uninterrupted sea views, and a vibrant public realm over maximum building footprint. The design evolved through close collaboration between the client and the design team, refining the massing, landscape, and circulation to create a pedestrian-oriented resort community. By integrating residences, retail, leisure, and green spaces into a cohesive masterplan, the project establishes a new benchmark for contemporary waterfront development and contributes to the long-term social and economic vitality of the surrounding community.
