Project overview

Creative Culture Office is a 300 m² workplace with a 60 m² terrace, designed for 32 employees. It balances focused work, collaboration and informal exchange through open workstations, glazed meeting rooms, lounge niches, kitchen/dining areas and flexible social zones. Exposed concrete, oak, blue accents, integrated lighting, custom furniture and a Bang & Olufsen sound system create a distinctive, efficient workplace. Estimated total cost: €280,000.

Project history
CC was my first workplace, and I was its first employee beyond the founders. I joined at 17 as a photography assistant and graphic designer while studying architecture, and worked there for three years. When I left to focus on architecture and interior design, we agreed that one day, when both the company and I had grown, I would design its future office. 3 Years later, that promise became reality. Because I understood CC’s culture, workflow and ambitions from within, I completed the full design package in under two months and oversaw the ten-month construction process. This close, personal collaboration enabled me to create an environment precisely tailored to the company. After the move, late arrivals reportedly fell by about 90%, while productivity, employee engagement, client interest, profitability and the company’s perceived status increased significantly. The project became both a new chapter for CC and the fulfilment of a shared vision that began when I was 17.
