Project overview

The roofing solutions were selected to reinforce the minimalist architectural language of the homes while ensuring visual consistency throughout the development. Approximately 2,300 m² of standing seam roofing was installed across the first 15 villas. Fourteen homes feature the FALT roofing system in RAL 7016 Super Matt, while one villa incorporates the FALT SOLAR photovoltaic roofing system with an installed capacity of 5 kW.

Project history

Glenwood Estate was conceived and developed by Speedwell as a premium low-density residential community set within the natural landscape of Lake Ostratu. The masterplan was designed to integrate the homes into their surroundings while creating a balanced living environment defined by generous green spaces, private gardens, and a cohesive architectural identity. Within the development, the roofing solutions were selected to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, providing durability, low maintenance, and compatibility with sustainable technologies. The first phase included 15 villas: fourteen were completed with FALT standing seam roofing, while one villa was equipped with the fully integrated FALT SOLAR by Roofit.Solar photovoltaic roofing system.
