Project overview

Developed as a premium Class A business center, the project establishes a representative corporate environment in which architecture, landscape and interiors form a single spatial system. Its identity rests on disciplined proportion and measured vertical rhythm, brought to a focus by a sculptural circulation core articulated with a sequence of elliptical openings, its most distinctive architectural element. Integrated façade and engineering systems ensure comfort, efficiency and adaptability.

Project history

The project arose from a private client’s ambition to bring its corporate operations together within a single, representative headquarters that would embody the company’s standing and long-term vision. From the outset, the brief sought more than an office building: a coherent environment in which workspace, amenity and landscape would reinforce one another. In response, these elements were brought together within a unified composition, complemented by a landscaped courtyard. Particular attention was given to proportion and spatial hierarchy, an identity crystallized in a sculptural circulation core of stacked elliptical openings that marks the principal entrance and reads across the ensemble. Completed in 2024, the development serves as the client’s corporate headquarters and has established itself as a distinctive business address, contributing to the architectural character and continued development of its district in Tashkent.
