Project overview

Bektemir District Center is a human-centered mixed-use development designed to support a modern urban lifestyle. The master plan integrates residential, commercial, administrative, educational, and healthcare facilities with pedestrian-friendly streets, public spaces, and green areas. By combining key urban functions within walking distance, the project creates a sustainable, vibrant, and livable district that promotes community interaction and long-term urban growth.

Project history
Bektemir City is a 39-hectare mixed-use development strategically located between Tashkent and Nurafshon, close to the region’s largest wholesale markets. Planned as a new business and urban center, the project accommodates approximately 25,000 residents with a total built-up area of 600,000 m². The master plan integrates residential neighborhoods, a school, kindergarten, medical clinic, retail and entertainment facilities, hotels, and modern business centers to create a vibrant, self-sufficient community. A 4.5-hectare central park forms the project’s green heart, providing high-quality public spaces and enhancing environmental sustainability. Bektemir City is designed as a contemporary urban destination that combines commerce, living, recreation, and business within a well-connected and people-oriented environment.
