A premium mixed-use quarter in Tashkent (16a/1 Sh. Rashidov Avenue; 2 ha plot area, 1.5 ha for development). The goal is to densify the city center and set up a connection with Navruz Park/Ankhor. Program: 35 000 m² of apartments, 15 000 m² of offices (Level B/B+), 10 000 m² of street retail; underground/podium parking. Heights: base ≤ 50 m, maximum ≤ 100 m. Cost: facade price range to be determined by the project. Car-free courtyard, with separated pedestrian and vehicular flows.

Project history

The client initiated the project to develop a central site on Sh. Rashidov Avenue, adjacent to Navruz Park and the Ankhor Canal. The brief called for combining premium residential and business functions, activating street-level retail and ensuring a car-free courtyard. Integration with the surrounding parkland becomes a distinctive feature of the product for the Tashkent market.
