Project overview

The regulations were established through the PUD carried out in 2012 according to the rules at that time.
The investment followed the housing program, but the structure was designed to accommodate mixed functions.

Project history

Urban insertion is focused on the mediation between the buildings, the connection with the street and the wide pedestrian areas. The building benefits from two accesses and large terraces on the upper level. In the Protected Area, height and finishing restrictions were imposed, so the options were limited. A discreet architectural style was chosen with vegetation to complement the street front. The typical floor accommodates two large apartments and a generous hallway. On the upper floor, the duplexes turn into penthouses.
