Project overview

The Villas in the Rolling Greens neighborhood are 19 prototypical holiday villas set in the unique landscape of Navarino Dunes, within the Costa Navarino Resort in Messinia, Greece. They exemplify sophistication and comfort, through a timeless design combining elegant aesthetics, refined detailing and bespoke proportions, manifested throughout the whole residential experience. Architectural forms display clean lines and timeless, contemporary design, which perfectly match a relaxed resort.

Project history

TEMES is a premier developer of the luxury mixed-use resort Costa Navarino (CN). The Villas at Rolling Greens, was the first collection of luxury residences to be designed and constructed within the Navarino Dunes neighborhood. Design detailing, color palettes, materials and design intent of the Villas had to be consistent with the overall aesthetics and sustainability principles of CN. The development goals for the architecture of the Villas were to ensure they are a destination which residents look forward to returning to year after year. The design ought to deliver a strong sense of place, and it was required to encourage residents to feel at ease with family and friends, but also their neighbours, in order to form a residential community that shares a common experience of place. This placemaking had to reference the distinct nature, culture and heritage aspects of the Messinia region to shape a positive brand perception by resort guests, residents and the wider community.
