Project overview

Located on Lake Floreasca’s shore, One Floreasca Vista is a boutique residential project that regenerates a fragmented urban area. The design resolves complex site challenges – topography, metro restrictions and plot unification, while enhancing connectivity through a triangular atrium and pedestrian links. Its crafted façade and materials echo the lakeside setting, promoting harmony, coherence and urban revitalization.

Project history

Initiated in 2019, the project began with the vision to revitalize an underutilized lakeside plot and extend the success of nearby One Herăstrău Park. The client aimed to bring architectural quality, urban integration and residential comfort to a disjointed area. Overcoming topographic and infrastructural challenges, the team unified two plots and developed a coherent, community-enhancing design. Completed in 2023, the project has significantly improved local walkability and connectivity while offering residents a boutique living experience that blends nature, architecture and city life. From the client’s perspective, One Floreasca Vista stands as a model of responsible urban regeneration. For the community, it activated a formerly neglected space and set a precedent for design-driven development in the district.
