Located on the coast of the historical city of Paphos, the M-boutique Hotel is where the atmosphere intertwines a bustling tourist hub with the essence of local life. The hotel is a combination of existing renovated and newly constructed independent buildings. Our design philosophy centers around the transformation of the old forms into modern simple lines that also harmonize with the Mediterranean nature color palette. This isn’t a design that shouts for attention; rather, it whispers elegance through clean lines, natural materials, and a profound sense of serenity. Some elegant elements have been preserved, such as the circular stairwells at the blocks with the hotel rooms. The old white plaster was removed, revealing the exposed concrete at those circular elements, which blends harmoniously with the earthy-toned cement mortar which was applied on the rest of the surfaces. The general aesthetic result appears like almost carved from the landscape itself. The new building includes
