The site is located in the Prague 5 – Hlubočepy district, in an environment that connects natural and historical elements. To the south lies a forest, to the east flows the Dalejský stream, to the west the Prague Semmering railway line winds, and to the north stands the Hlubočepsky chateau. The access road leads from the northeast. The designed buildings respect the character of the surrounding development and follow the original street line.
