The project was initiated in 2020 by a private developer aiming to create a modern, inclusive neighborhood with strong community values. The use of varied brickwork and color created a distinct visual identity, attracting attention and fostering pride among residents. Carefully curated green spaces added to the neighborhood’s appeal, offering areas for relaxation and social interaction.
